How do I place an order on DSTNC.com?

Choose a category or brand from the navigation menu or use the search bar to explore a specific style or brand. Select your desired item, choose your size, and click Add To Cart. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, you can click on “Create Account” or check out as a “Guest”. Enter your shipping address and delivery details and click “Place Order”. We'll confirm the order via email and your order will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. Orders are usually packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.

As soon as the order is handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS), it will take an additional 2-5 business days for it to be delivered to your address.

On average, orders arrive within 6 business days of being placed.

Where is my order?

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account and navigating to Orders & Returns. You may also click here and enter your order number and zip code to view your delivery status.

Please note: fulfillment times may be subject to delay. We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner and will promptly inform you if there are any impacts to your delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We apologize, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. Please carefully review your order before submitting. Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note: We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is immediately being processed for dispatch from one of our brand's warehouses located around the world, operating in different time zones. Please reach out to our support team at hi@dstnc.com and we will do our best to try and cancel your order, however, it is not guaranteed. Upon receiving your order, you will be able to return any product following our returns process as per our returns policy.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

Please contact us here and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Please include your order number and a brief description of what went wrong. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please include a photo so our team can quickly assist you with a replacement order. We will provide you with a free return label and ask that you return the incorrect or damaged product to us.

Can you provide gift wrapping or gift messages?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping and cannot include a gift message with your order. Our team is working to make this service available to you in the near future.

What is a preorder and when will my order ship?

Our goal is to provide you with early access to the latest products and limited releases before they become in stock and available for shipment. When you pre-order an item, we'll ship it out to you within 1–3 business days after it arrives at our warehouse or at one of our brand partners' warehouses.

You’ll be able to tell if an item is a pre-order item both on the product page and on the checkout page.

The "ships by" date listed on the pre-order page is an estimate of when we expect to ship your items. Once your pre-order item ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note you’ll be charged for the pre-ordered item at the time you place the order.

What is a preorder and when will my order ship?

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB, and Union Pay, as well as debit cards from over 100 countries (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout). We also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?

You can only use one credit/debit card per order, but you can combine a gift card payment with a credit card payment.

When will I be charged for my order?

We’ll charge your payment once your order is placed.

How do I use Klarna to pay for my order?

It's easy to use Klarna as payment for your order—here’s how:

During checkout, select Klarna as your payment method.
Fill in the required payment details and complete your order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email from DSTNC, and a separate email with your payment schedule from Klarna.
You’ll pay for your order in four equal installments. Klarna will automatically collect your first payment when your order is placed, and the remaining payments every two weeks.
You won’t see Klarna as a payment option if your order is less than $35 or more than $4000.

Klarna doesn’t charge you interest to pay in installments. You’ll pay the same order total, but divided into four equal payments.

I have a store credit. How do I use it?

Store credit is a form of credit that can be used to make purchases on DSTNC.com, and it does not expire.

During the checkout process, you'll see an option to apply your store credit. Enter the code associated with your store credit and select the "Apply" button. This will be reflected in your subtotal, and if the amount does not cover the entire purchase, you will need to pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

Any unused store credit balance may be carried forward and applied to future purchases in the same manner.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards can be purchased here.

Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

When can I expect my refund/store credit?

Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. We'll send you an email once your return package has been processed and your refund or store credit has been issued. For refunds, please allow up to 7 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.

If you've waited more than two weeks with no email from us, please contact us and we will gladly help you out.

Can I get a price adjustment?

If you bought something at full price and the price is lowered within seven days of your purchase, we'd be happy to honor a price adjustment.

Price adjustments are done in the form of store credit for the difference in item price before taxes. Your store credit never expires and can be applied on your next purchase at checkout. If you need help with a price adjustment, contact us here.

Can I get a refund to my original form of payment even though I was refunded in store credit?

If you make a return on an order paid for with store credit, we will refund you in store credit. At this time, our system can only refund you through the original payment method.
