As we expand our e-commerce operations, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at our San Francisco warehouse.
Overview:
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our e-commerce operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position involves overseeing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, processing returns, and conducting quality assurance checks for returned goods. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.
- Returns Processing: Efficiently process customer returns, inspecting returned goods and determining appropriate actions (restocking, refurbishment, or disposal).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on returned goods to assess their condition and ensure they meet company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Efficiency and Accuracy: Strive for high levels of accuracy and productivity in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
